Deer Management

We are deer stalkers who are passionate about deer management in protected woodland, especially important where rejuvenation projects are in place, we offer services in the local area with management plans and culling documentation provided for full records.

Butchery for Deer Stalkers

We offer a private butchery service for deer stalkers who would like to get the very best out of their quarry. We expertly butchery to speciation and package to requirements. All of the cuts will be labelled, vacuum packed where possible and freezer ready, no more mystery meat!

Muntjac – £40

Roe – £50

Fallow – £65

Red – £90 approx – weight depending. 

These prices are for a standard butchery, for more bespoke butchery please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote.,

Shoulders – diced, mince or on the bone

Haunch – joints, steaks or on the bone

Sausages and burgers available on request in line with market prices.

Butchery Courses

We provide butchery courses for stalkers who would like to process their quarry themselves. There are a range of options to suits all needs. 

Muntjac Butchery – £130

This is a day where you will learn how to process your muntjac from start to finish, skinning to sausages. The muntjac is provided by ourselves and you will be taking home all of the meat you have butchered worth over £100. Packed and ready for the freezer. We offer group bookings of 4 people where it will be just your group. A light lunch will be provided. This is great fun for a hen do, stag do or even a birthday.

Side of Fallow Butchery – £250

On this course you will learn how to butchery one of our own Denham Estate Fallow. We will take you over to meet the herd and talk you through the management of Park Deer. We will then work through a side with you teaching you how to make the most out of the carcass. Everything will be packed and labelled ready for the freezer, worth over £200.

Butchery on Your Own Venison

We offer you the opportunity to learn on a carcass of your own, teaching you bespoke cuts to make the most out of your quarry. There are various options available,
